University Medical System: Case Study

A teaching hospital with 2 urban campuses and 10,000+ full-time employees wished to reduce nursing and frontline staff turnover. Leveraging Arena’s predictive analytics to inform hiring, they succeeded and cut costs related to re-hiring for the same role 2+ times over the course of the year, improving both staff morale and quality of care.
